About
Mission
I remember when I felt confused, overwhelmed and stuck. I knew exactly what I needed to do to sort things out, but I didn’t feel capable of doing them. Every time someone else told me what I needed to do, I just sank down further into the mud.

I’ve integrated lots of methods into my approach, nothing much phases me and I’m happy to first talk through your concerns with you, to make sure we’re right for each other. My practice is grounded in evidence-based techniques.
You’ll get no judgements, dodgy diagnosing or labelling from me. I’m easygoing, approachable and relaxed. I’ve no magic wand and no magic answers, but I am very skilled at supporting people to find the answers they’re looking for.

Method
I use lots of different methods to support my work, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy practices, an understanding of adverse childhood events, trauma informed techniques and mindfulness skills. I use a person-centred approach, which puts you and your experiences at the centre of our work together.
